We specialise in luxury ground transportation solutions for private clients, corporate travel, airport transfers, special events, and more. Our aim is to provide a seamless, professional, and reliable chauffeur experience for all our passengers.

2. Services Provided

We offer the following services to clients across London and surrounding areas:

  • Airport Transfers – To and from major UK airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, and London City Airport.
  • Corporate Travel – Chauffeured services for business meetings, conferences, and corporate hospitality.
  • Event Chauffeur – Transport for weddings, concerts, sporting events, and other special occasions.
  • Luxury Car Hire with Driver – Hourly or daily hire of executive vehicles for personal or professional use.
  • City Tours & Sightseeing Chauffeur – Bespoke guided journeys across London and beyond in comfort and style.

All services are provided by trained and vetted professional drivers using high-end executive vehicles.

3. Booking & Payment

Booking Process

You may request a quote and book our services via our website, by phone, or by email. Each booking is subject to availability and is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from us.

Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and authorised corporate accounts.
  • A deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
  • Full payment must be received at least 24 hours before the service begins unless otherwise agreed.
  • Bookings made at short notice (within 24 hours) must be paid in full immediately.

Price Quotations

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and based on the details provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, extended use, or other variations from the original itinerary.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund (excluding non-refundable deposits, if applicable).
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a charge of up to 100% of the booking value, depending on vehicle allocation and resources committed.

SS Chauffeur Service Cancellations

While rare, if we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative vehicle or a full refund. We are not responsible for any consequential losses resulting from such cancellations.

5. Changes & Delays

You must inform us immediately of any changes to your travel plans. We will do our best to accommodate such changes, but cannot guarantee availability. Extra charges may apply.

In case of flight delays or schedule disruptions, we monitor arrival times where possible. Complimentary waiting time is typically:

  • 60 minutes for airport pickups.
  • 15 minutes for all other locations.

Beyond this, waiting time may be charged at an hourly rate.

6. Conduct & Responsibilities

Passenger Conduct

Clients and passengers are expected to:

  • Behave respectfully towards the driver and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
  • Not consume food or alcohol inside the vehicle unless authorised.
  • Not smoke or vape in the vehicle (strictly prohibited).
  • Avoid any damage to the vehicle.

We reserve the right to terminate the service without a refund if passengers are abusive, behave dangerously, or breach these rules.

Vehicle Use

Vehicles must only be used for the intended travel. Any misuse, reckless behaviour, or unlawful activity will lead to immediate service termination and may result in prosecution.

7. Chauffeur Obligations

Our chauffeurs are:

  • Fully licensed and insured.
  • Professionally trained to provide courteous, safe, and discreet service.
  • Bound to maintain vehicle hygiene, punctuality, and safety standards.

If a driver is delayed due to traffic or unexpected events, we will notify you promptly and arrange alternatives if required.

8. Insurance & Liability

Insurance Coverage

All SS Chauffeur Service vehicles are comprehensively insured for chauffeur services. Our insurance covers the vehicle and its passengers during the ride.

Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your personal belongings. SS Chauffeur Service is not liable for lost or damaged items left in our vehicles, although we will assist in recovering lost items wherever possible.

Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, missed flights, appointments, or business opportunities due to delays or service disruptions beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, mechanical failure).

9. Website Use & Content

All text, images, branding, and other content on https://sschauffeursservice.com/ are the intellectual property of SS Chauffeur Service or used with appropriate permissions. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit our content without prior written consent.
